Eywa Dubai brings a fresh concept to the UAE from a developer and design house entering the market for the first time. However, they are backed by the expertise and execution of one of Dubai's architectural powerhouses.

This is an ultra-luxury 22,000 m² residential development featuring a G+19 tower with a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom apartments. But there are just 48 apartments in total, with the smallest two-bedroom space sized at 200 m² plus balcony.
